Same.The board of education of unified school district No. 475, Geary county,is hereby authorized to transfer a tract of land described as part of thesoutheast quarter (SE 1/4) of section 1, township 12 south, range 6 east,in Geary county, Kansas, and further described as beginning at the northeastcorner of the southeast quarter (SE 1/4) of section 1, township12 south, range 6 east, and running thence west 25.30 rods to a stake, thencesouth 6.325 rods, thence east 25.35 rods, thence north 6.325 rods to theplace of beginning, containing one acre, more or less, to Raymond and RoseEllen Carlyon. Such transfer may be made by the board of education in considerationof $1 and upon such terms and conditions as may be mutually agreed uponby the parties. The transfer authorized by this section shall be made byquitclaim deed.
