Chapter 72.--SCHOOLS Article 82.--ORGANIZATION, POWERS AND FINANCES OF BOARDS OF EDUCATION

      72-8221.   Same; transfer of final balance.Whenever any such bond issue shall have been completely retired, theboard of education shall transfer any remaining balance of such bondretirement fund into the capital outlay fund of the district, and suchboard of education is further authorized to expend any funds so transferredfor any purpose for which other capital outlay funds may be expended.
