      72-8251.   Payments required to be paid by districts;insufficient revenues.Whenever a school district is required by law to make anypayment during the month of June and there is insufficient revenue to make suchpayment as a result of the payment of state aid after the date prescribedby the state board of education pursuant to K.S.A. 72-6417 or 72-6434, andamendmentsthereto, the school district shall make such payment as soon as moneys areavailable.
