72-8312. Severability.If any clause, paragraph, subsection or section of this act shall beheld invalid or unconstitutional, it shall be conclusively presumed thatthe legislature would have enacted the remainder of this act without suchinvalid or unconstitutional clause, paragraph, subsection or section.
