Chapter 72.--SCHOOLS Article 84.--PURCHASE OF INSURANCE

      72-8402.   Fire and extended coverage insurance.The board of education or other governing body of any school districtmay purchase fire and extended coverage insurance upon property of theschool district or under its supervision and control and pay for the sameout of the general fund or other appropriate fund of the school district.
