      72-8504.   Subsequent appointments to professional standards board andpractices commission.After appointment of the initial members as soon as practicable after theeffective date of this act, later appointments to full orunexpired terms of members to the professional standards board and theprofessional practices commission shall bemade by the state board of education following the same procedure asthat provided in K.S.A. 72-8502 and 72-8503, and amendmentsthereto.
