Chapter 72.--SCHOOLS Article 85.--TEACHING AND SCHOOL ADMINISTRATION PROFESSIONAL PRACTICES ACT

      72-8508.   Terms of members of professional standards board and practices commission.Members of the professional standards board and the professionalpractices commission shall beappointed for three-year terms, and no person shall be appointed toserve longer than two full terms in addition to any term of a period lessthan three years. The initial appointments shall be made forterms so that approximately 1/3 of the terms expire each year.
