Chapter 72.--SCHOOLS Article 86.--DEDUCTIONS FROM AND REDUCTION OF COMPENSATION

      72-8602.   Same; disbursement of funds deducted.The board of education of any school district or the board of trusteesof any community junior college is authorized to pay and disburse fundsdeducted as provided in K.S.A. 72-8601 so long as suchdisbursements are made in accordance with the resolution and employeeauthorizations providing for such deductions.
