Chapter 72.--SCHOOLS Article 87.--CONSOLIDATION OF SCHOOL DISTRICTS

      72-8701.   Agreements to consolidateauthorized.In accordance with the provisions of this act the boards of education ofany two or more school districts are hereby authorized to discussissues relating to consolidation of such districts and enter intoagreements to form one consolidated unified school district.Such meetings may be held within the boundaries of any of the districtsproposing to form the consolidated district.
