      72-8801a.   Capital outlay levy; limitations.From and after the effective date of this act no schooldistrict may adopt orrenew a resolution imposing a tax levy in excess of the statutorily prescribedmill rate fixed bysubsection (b)(2)(A) of K.S.A. 72-8801, and amendments thereto. Any schooldistrict making a levyin excess of such amount may continue to make such levy until the expiration ofthe resolution underwhich such levy is made.
