Chapter 72.--SCHOOLS Article 9.--SPECIAL EDUCATION

      72-971.   Reports by state board; furnishing of databy districts and state agencies.(a) The state board shall prepare and filesuch reports as are required by the federal law or this act.

      (b)   School districtsand state agencieshaving data needed by the state board tocomplete required reports shall furnish such data, asrequested, to thestate board.
