Chapter 72.--SCHOOLS Article 9.--SPECIAL EDUCATION

      72-981.   Technical advice and assistance by state department;recommendations.The department, upon request, shall: (1) Give technicaladvice and assistance to any agency in connection with theestablishmentand maintenance ofspecial education and related services forexceptional children; (2) make recommendations to anyagency concerningappropriate special education or related services to beprovided to exceptional children; and (3)consider and give advice to any agency concerning problemsencountered bysuch agency in complying with the requirements of this act.
