Chapter 72.--SCHOOLS Article 90.--EVALUATION OF LICENSED PERSONNEL

      72-9005.   Evaluation documents; presentation to employee; acknowledgment;limited availability.Whenever any evaluation is made of an employee, the written documentthereof shall be presented to the employee, and the employee shallacknowledge such presentation by his or her signature thereon. At any time notlater than two (2) weeks after such presentation, the employee mayrespond thereto in writing. Except by order of a court of competentjurisdiction, evaluation documents and responses thereto shall beavailable only to the evaluated employee, the board, the appropriate administrativestaff members designated by the board, the school board attorney upon requestof the board, the state board of education as provided inK.S.A. 72-7515, the board and the administrative staff of any school towhich such employee applies for employment, and other persons specifiedby the employee in writing to his or her board.
