Chapter 72.--SCHOOLS Article 91.--TRAFFIC AND PARKING ON SCHOOL GROUNDS

      72-9102.   Same; rules and regulations; parking; speed limits;enforcement.The board of education of any school district, by formal resolution, mayadopt rules and regulations governing the parking of motor vehicles uponthe roads, streets, driveways and parking facilities within the grounds ofany school located within the school district governed by such board andalso rules and regulations prescribing speed limits on the roads, streets,driveways, grounds or parking facilities to which the same are applicableand in the manner prescribed by the board. Any board of education adoptingrules and regulations under this section is authorized to enforce the samethrough its agents, security guards, or other employees.
