Chapter 72.--SCHOOLS Article 91.--TRAFFIC AND PARKING ON SCHOOL GROUNDS

      72-9104.   Same; fees and fines; authority to charge and collect; useof.The board of education of any school district may provide for thecharging and collection of fees for the use of parking facilities at anyschool located within the school district governed by such board, and theseand all fines for misuse of parking areas so collected shall be used by theboard of education to benefit the school where collected for the purpose ofthe payment of the expense of enforcing the rules and regulations governingparking and speed limits and the construction, maintenance and repair ofparking facilities at such school.
