Chapter 72.--SCHOOLS Article 93.--ELEMENTARY GUIDANCE PROGRAMS

      72-9302.   Same; fund; expenses.All moneys received by a sponsoring district for elementary guidanceshall be credited to the elementary guidance fund of such district. Theexpenses of a sponsoring district attributable to elementary guidance shallbe paid from the elementary guidance fund and payment of such expensesshall not be operating expenses of the sponsoring district. Payments fromthe general fund to a sponsoring district and transfers of money from thegeneral fund of a sponsoring district to the elementary guidance fund shallbe operating expenses.
