Chapter 72.--SCHOOLS Article 99.--AT-RISK EDUCATION

      72-9924.   Same; reports to the legislature by stateboard.On or before September 1, 2006, the state board of educationshall report itsprogress on the implementation of the Kansas skills for success in schoolprogram to the legislative educational planning committee. The state boardshall submit other reports as requested by thechairperson of the legislative educational planning committee. On or beforeSeptember 1, 2007,and each year thereafter, the state board shall make an annual report on theprogram to the legislativeeducational planning committee. Annual reportsshall include data relating to and supportingevaluations of goals, objectives and outcomes established by the state board.On or before the firstday of the legislative session in 2007, and each year thereafter, thelegislative educationalplanning committee shall prepare and submit to the legislature a report on theprogram and anyrecommendations relating thereto.
