12.023 Organizational units and administrative bodies attached to the Governor's office. The following organizational units and administrative bodies shall be attached to the
Office of the Governor:
(1) Department of Military Affairs;
(2) Department for Local Government;
(3) Kentucky Commission on Human Rights;
(4) Kentucky Commission on Women;
(5) Kentucky Commission on Military Affairs;
(6) Governor's Scholars Program;
(7) Agricultural Development Board;
(8) Kentucky Agricultural Finance Corporation;
(9) Office of Minority Empowerment; (a) The Martin Luther King Commission; (10) Office of Homeland Security; and
(11) Governor's Council on Wellness and Physical Activity. Effective: July 15, 2010
