Page 1 of 1 14A.5-010 Statement of change of principal office. (Effective January 1, 2011) (1) An entity required in its organizational filing to identify its principal office or a foreign entity qualified to transact business that changes the mailing address of its
principal office shall deliver to the Secretary of State for filing, on a form supplied
by the Secretary of State, a statement of change that sets forth:
(a) The name of the entity or foreign entity;
(b) The address of its principal office prior to the change; and
(c) The new principal office address. (2) Subsection (1) of this section shall apply to a statement of registration as a limited liability partnership filed pursuant to KRS 382.335 or statements filed pursuant to
KRS Chapter 362.1. (3) Subsection (1) of this section shall apply to a change in the designated office of a limited partnership. Effective: January 1, 2011
