15.942 Training plan for investigation of child sexual abuse and protection of victims. The Justice and Public Safety Cabinet, the Attorney General, the Administrative Office of
the Courts, and the Cabinet for Health and Family Services shall develop a training plan
for investigation of child sexual abuse cases and protection of child sexual abuse victims
within the Commonwealth. They may seek assistance from any educational, legal, and
mental and physical health-care professionals needed for implementation of training
programs. Effective: June 26, 2007
