15.948 Attorney General to have staff available specially trained in child sexual abuse -- Assistance to prosecutors. The Attorney General shall have staff available who are specially trained in child sexual
abuse. Commonwealth's attorneys and county attorneys may request assistance in the
investigation and prosecution of child sexual abuse cases in accordance with provisions
of this chapter. Effective: July 14, 1992
