15A.015 Deputy secretaries of justice and public safety. Deputy secretaries of justice and public safety shall be appointed by and directly
responsible to the secretary and shall be the principal assistants and advisors to the
secretary for all policies, programs and operations of the cabinet. Effective: June 26, 2007
