(1) All individuals employed as a Trooper R Class shall adhere to the agency standards of conduct and policy. (2) Any person may proffer charges against an individual employed as a Trooper R Class by submitting a written complaint, signed by the complainant, with the Office
of Internal Affairs within the department. Effective: June 25, 2009
