Page 1 of 1 18A.425 Reports from pilot agencies and the committee. (1) Each pilot agency shall prepare and submit quarterly reports to the Personnel Steering Committee. The committee shall review the reports and send them on to
the Governor, the Interim Joint Committee on State Government, and the
Legislative Research Commission. (2) The Personnel Steering Committee itself shall submit a comprehensive report to the Governor at least sixty (60) days prior to the 1996 and 1998 Regular Sessions of the
Kentucky General Assembly. This report shall give the status of the pilot personnel
programs and procedures utilized by the Executive Department personnel system. Effective: July 15, 1994
