Page 1 of 1 18A.435 Employee request for transfer. An employee in a pilot program may submit a request to the secretary of the Personnel
Cabinet for transfer to another state position if a vacancy in that position exists. The
secretary shall make every effort to accommodate this request. Effective: July 15, 1998
