29A.230 Release of juror from grand jury service and retention as petit juror. If a juror selected is incapable of serving as a grand juror but capable of serving as a petit
juror, the judge may, for good cause shown, release the juror from grand jury service and
retain him as a petit juror. Effective: January 2, 1978
