30A.145 Clerks to send notices to State Board of Elections on incompetency determinations. Each circuit clerk shall send certified notices of incompetency to the State Board of
Elections within ten (10) days after the determination has become final with regard to any
person before the courts of the county. Effective: July 15, 1988
