35.080 Court-martial jurisdiction of National Guard or active militia -- Rules and regulations. The National Guard or active militia shall have court-martial jurisdiction over all subject
persons. The Governor or adjutant general shall have the power to promulgate rules and
regulations governing the conduct of court-martial proceedings. Effective: July 15, 1986
