35.105 Who may convene a general court-martial.

35.105 Who may convene a general court-martial. General courts-martial may be convened by:
(1) The Governor;
(2) The adjutant general;
(3) When empowered by the Governor, any other commanding officer in any force of the National Guard or active militia, who is not an accuser. Effective: July 1, 1954
