35.660 Malingering.

35.660 Malingering. Any person subject to this code shall be punished as a court-martial directs when he, for
the purpose of avoiding work, duty or service in the National Guard or active militia:
(1) Feigns illness, physical disablement, mental lapse or derangement; or
(2) Intentionally inflicts self-injury. History: Created 1970 Ky. Acts ch. 56, sec. 88.
