36.200 Inspection of military property. The adjutant general or such officers as he may designate shall inspect, at least once in
each year or oftener if the Governor requires, all headquarters, arsenals, storehouses,
armories, organizations, military property belonging to the state and military property
issued to the state, by the United States. The inspectors shall render a detailed report to
