40.430 Service for which no allowance shall be made. No bonus shall be paid to any member of the Armed Forces of the United States who did
only civilian work at civilian pay or who has received from another state a bonus similar
to the bonus provided by KRS 40.410 to 40.560. Effective: March 1, 1991
