41.200 Warrants negotiable and tax-free. All warrants heretofore or hereafter issued by the state, whether the date of maturity is
fixed or not, are negotiable instruments. No warrant shall be subject to taxation by the
state or any subdivision thereof. Effective: October 1, 1942
