45.777 Sale of property purchased with capital construction funds. (1) The proceeds from the sale of major items of equipment or real property, purchased in whole or in part with capital construction funds, shall be deposited into the
general fund unless federal funding restraints require otherwise. (2) The provisions of this section shall not apply to: (a) The sale of real property held as right-of-way;
(b) The sale of equipment by the Transportation Cabinet; or
(c) The sale of confiscated firearms. Effective: June 4, 2010
