56.095 KRS Chapter 45A applicable to fire and tornado insurance contracts. Notwithstanding the provisions of any other law, KRS Chapter 45A shall apply to fire
and tornado insurance contracts entered into by the cabinet, except as provided in KRS
45A.022. Effective: July 15, 2010
