57.350 Burning of courthouse -- Books replaced free of charge. If any county courthouse containing the law library is destroyed by fire, the Legislative
Research Commission shall, upon receipt of the affidavit of the county judge/executive
showing the loss, furnish to the county acts of the General Assembly and journals of the
House of Representatives and Senate, and the state law librarian shall furnish bound
