58.140 Condemnation.

58.140 Condemnation. In the event a governmental agency is unable to acquire, by purchase or agreement, any
real property deemed necessary for the purposes of a public project, such agency may
acquire the same by condemnation. The procedure for condemnation shall be as provided
in the Eminent Domain Act of Kentucky. History: Amended 1976 Ky. Acts ch. 140, sec. 20. -- Created 1946 Ky. Acts ch. 126, sec. 14.
