64.005 Clerk's fee for filing bond or release on recognizance. (1) The clerks of the Supreme Court, the Court of Appeals, and the Circuit Courts shall collect a fee of twenty-five dollars ($25) for taking or filing any bond or release on
recognizance. (2) Such fee shall be deposited in the general fund of the State Treasury. Effective: July 1, 2008
