Page 1 of 1 64.741 Definitions for KRS 64.742 to 64.745. As used in KRS 64.742 to 64.745 unless the context otherwise requires:
(1) "Commission" means the Public Officials Compensation Commission; and
(2) "Public officials" shall not include members of the General Assembly. Effective: July 15, 1994
