68.270 Certification of approved budget to state local finance officer.

68.270 Certification of approved budget to state local finance officer. Within fifteen (15) days after the budget is adopted by the fiscal court, the county
judge/executive shall certify to the state local finance officer a copy of the original budget
as approved by the state local finance officer, indicating clearly all changes made by the
fiscal court. Effective: October 1, 1942
