71.100 Jailer's duties on going out of office.
When any jailer goes out of office, he shall deliver to his successor the custody of the jail,
its keys, furniture and appurtenances, and the persons confined therein, with all official
papers by which prisoners were committed to his custody or by which they were liberated
therefrom.
