73.050 Order of survey, county surveyor given preference.

73.050 Order of survey, county surveyor given preference. The court may direct an order of survey to any person; but in considering an application
for the appointment of another surveyor for a special work, the court must give preference
to the county surveyor. Effective: October 1, 1942
