74.075 Establishment of fire protection district by water district. The board of commissioners of any legally existing water district created under the
authority of KRS Chapter 74 may have the power to create a fire protection district where
no fire protection district exists by following the procedures of KRS 65.810 and 75.010. Effective: July 13, 1984
