79.010 Intercity or intercounty compacts for purchasing and merit systems authorized. Two (2) or more cities, or two (2) or more counties, or counties and cities together within
the Commonwealth of Kentucky, in order to promote greater economy, may enter into an
intercity or intercounty compact for the purposes of establishing a single purchasing unit
