exercise in that city and county the powers and functions prescribed for a city-
county housing authority, a public body corporate and politic to be known as a

transferred to the newly created city-county housing authority, and the present
commissioners of the existing municipal and contiguous county housing
commissions shall continue to serve out their appointed terms as members of the
newly created city-county housing authority. Thereafter, appointments shall be
made as provided in KRS 80.266. (3) The city and county housing commissions to be abolished are hereby authorized and directed to take such actions and to execute such documents as will carry into effect
the provisions and the intent of the resolutions and as will carry into effect said
transfer. History: Created 1970 Ky. Acts ch. 44, sec. 3.
