92.320 Licenses for horse-drawn vehicles, business authorized by. Any person having a license to operate a horse-drawn vehicle in the city in which he
resides or has his principal place of business may also, for the purpose of doing business
incidental to his principal business, operate the vehicle upon the streets of any other city
without paying any additional license fee to such other city, but such license shall not
authorize him to establish his principal place of business or conduct his principal business
in any city except the one (1) that granted his license. Effective: October 1, 1942
