95A.030 Officers -- Quorum.

Page 1 of 1 95A.030 Officers -- Quorum. At the first meeting of the commission after January 1 of each year, the commission shall
elect a chair, vice chair, and secretary from among the appointed members to fill regular
terms. A majority of the members shall constitute a quorum. Effective: July 15, 2010
