100.141 Appointing authority.

100.141 Appointing authority. Except in counties containing a consolidated local government, the mayor of each city
entitled to one (1) or more members and the county judge/executive of each county shall
appoint the members of the planning commission with the approval of their respective
legislative bodies. Effective: July 15, 2002
