106.200 Procedure for sale, conveyance, rental, or lease of city-owned waterworks system. No city of the second, third, fourth, fifth or sixth class which owns a waterworks system
shall sell, convey, rent, or lease the system without the assent of a majority of the
legislative body for the city or of those voting at an election held for that purpose after
notice of the election has been published pursuant to KRS Chapter 424. This section shall
not apply to the issuance of revenue bonds provided for under the provisions of this
chapter. Effective: July 14, 2000
