109.170 Issuance of bonds. For the purpose of acquiring, creating and maintaining collection systems and solid waste
management facilities any waste management district may pursuant to the provisions of
KRS Chapter 58 borrow money and issue negotiable revenue bonds. Effective: July 15, 1982
